If you would like to learn about my 7 years of work experience in Chinese Weightlifting, working with the best lifters in the country and the world, or about my work in developing Chinese athletes, I can provide in-person and online presentations. Additionally, I enjoy sharing my clinical knowledge and experience across a range of topics, including load management, manual therapy, exercise prescription, athlete management, pain neuroscience education, and more.
